Wilson <br />Councilmember/Commissioner Troy Strange <br />Councilmember/Commissioner Lupe Ramos Watson <br />PUBLIC COMMENT - NONE <br />The City Council, the Indio Housing Authority and the Successor Agency to the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Indio, California, ADJOURNED to Closed session <br />at 4:00 p.m. at city hall located at 100 Civic Center Mall, Indio, California. <br />JOINT MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL/INDIO WATER AUTHORITY/ <br />INDIO HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />CITY OF INDIO <br />JUNE 155 2016 <br />MINUTES <br />Mayor/President/Chairman Glenn Miller called to order the Joint meeting of the City <br />Council, the Indio Water Authority and the Indio Housing Authority of the City of Indio, <br />California, at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 150 Civic Center Mall, Indio, <br />California. <br />ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Mayor/President/Chairman Glenn Miller <br />Mayor Pro Tem/Vice President/Vice Chairwoman Elaine Holmes <br />Councilmember/Commissioner/Director Michael Wilson <br />Councilmember/Commissioner/Director Troy Strange <br />Councilmember/Commissioner/Director Lupe Ramos Watson <br />Invocation by Pastor Frank Ruiz. <br />Elena Kim, Field Representative from Congressman Ruiz's office presented a <br />Certificate to Richard Twiss, Indio Police Chief, in recognition of his retirement after 34 <br />years of service in law enforcement. <br />The City Council thanked Chief Twiss for his service and congratulated him in his <br />retirement. <br />
